Required documents from a foreign candidate for doctoral studies conducted at the University of Warsaw are:
- documents related to your education
- documents confirming the knowledge of the language in which the studies will be conducted
- documents authorizing to stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland
- documents proving health
- documents confirming the right to health insurance in the territory of the Republic of Poland
- documents required in the file of the student’s personal file.
These last documents are:
- application for admission to the doctoral program addressed to the dean of the relevant faculty and application generated from the IRK,
- a copy of the master’s degree diploma,
- CV (Curriculum Vitae), including information about the applicant’s scientific activity, in particular on publications, work in scientific circles, participation in conferences, internships, etc .,
- three photographs,
- personal questionnaire,
- the supervisor’s thesis opinion,
- the opinion of the future scientific supervisor, whose candidate should be found before the registration for the doctoral studies
