University of Warsaw can provide accommodation for incoming doctoral students. However it should be noted that there is a limited amount of student boarding houses and University Hotels, therefore the accommodation depends on apartment/room availability.
- The Office for Doctoral and Post-diploma Studies can send an application to the University of Warsaw Hotel “HERA” depending on apartment availability (Belwederska street 26/30, phone: 22 55 31 004, 22 55 31 001, herarezerw@adm.uw.edu.pl).
- In order to apply for accomodation in Residence Hall, candidates should contact the Office for Doctoral and Post-diploma Studies but only during the summer. Over the year, the place are granted by the Student Affairs Office.
- In order to apply for accomodation in House of Scientific Worker, candidates should contact the Office of Social Affairs.
